To practice deep breathing, find a comfortable seated position and take a slow, deep breath in through your nose. Hold the breath for a moment, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat this process for several minutes.
  • Meditation:Meditation involves focusing your attention on a specific object, thought, or activity to train your mind to be more present and calm. There are many different types of meditation, such as mindfulness meditation, mantra meditation, and loving-kindness meditation. You can find guided meditations online or through apps, or you can try meditating on your own by simply finding a quiet place to sit and focus on your breath.

Remember that these supplements are supportive to the above techniques and not a replacement. Reach out to your doctor before you start on any specific nutritional supplements.
